Actually I do think it could make shorts a little worried.. not right now... but I do think any UPWARD surprise... could be more dramatic... I like their reasoning behind the recommendation.. and as people see that... and time marches on... I think it could cause concern... The more shares that are taken out by institutions... the less to short and the smaller the capability to buy back with any GOOD NEWS...

We will see.. We need a couple of other recommendations... then... I see 14 sooner than later...
