based on what we know s/o after this offering should be around 150-160 millions shares , 400 millions cash raised , liquidity in excess of 500 mill. i dont see this double or triple but 2.70-3 is certainly realistic prediction , also considering bdi index keep going up day after day

this dividend thing is a mystery
