Personally speaking, I see a "scam" sometimes even if there IS a product. Sometimes the product is just a means to and end. And that end is selling shares of stock as THAT is, oftentimes, far, far easier and far, far more profitable. And that is why some Pennyland companies don't file their financials. After all, what "scam" would want their shareholders to find out that the company hasn't been selling ANYTHING at a profit nor have been for YEARS? :-(
