It is not the R/S it is the 98 billion new share (packaged as 98 million) dumping right, that and of course at least two more round of inevitable R/S coming before the end of the year that created the thousand mile distance. How could a company with no revenue, no tangible asset, no IP, running on investors money tell your money worth nothing (they retain over 98%+ value and all retail shareholders who financed over 98% thus far has less than 2% value all combined) that is insane.
Instead of R/S they needed to give stock incentive to all current shareholders giving up at least 4% of ownership and issue additional 4% shares to attract new retail investors.
The plans to monetize is so poor that it will 100% backfire right away after kickoff. This is destined to go to pink sheet graveyard.
These guys didn't even knew that Alexa ranking is very important for the type of business they are running. Paid some attention to it only after many emails and suggestions from shareholders.
