What doesn't make sense to me is why would ASI sign a contract for coal deliveries with a coal company that doesn't even have all of the permits it needs to mine the coal. As well as a work force. And possibly all of the required equipment. and the trucks to deliver the coal to port. and roads aren't even built yet.
