I agree it's conservative -- that's what I usually post. ;)

In my head, there's a higher PPS target. Not that I'm selling at that level either, just nice milestones to keep hitting on the inevitable BOOM that will continue to occur throughout the rest of the year into Capital Gains Era. Haha.
