Lol, maybe it doesn't, maybe it works great... Maybe something bigger in the works than any of us expect? Too many maybes, the CEO will shine light on what's going on soon enough and we can quit with the maybes. I certainly see no HEAVY dilution. Some dilution is of course expected, like someone else said, that's why u go public.
