I seriously thought the share price would tank on Monday since the appeals court clearly said they felt their decision would not effect the outcome of the case. That may still be the case we have not heard from PTSC and there have been no settlements. When I saw the stock price rising with volume I bought! Duh! Cant fight the tape. Would I be a fool and not trade and make some money absolutely not. So many bagholders have bought this stock with the pink sunglasses on and hoped for riches only to get crushed what sane person would not trade! The share price has retreated from the highs. With no news that is positive it will retreat further. Better to be out now until a new uptrend is established. I would rather see a settlement. That would happen before positive court action and could drive a frenzy of buying. Since I am on PACER I will know before U!
