HappyKat, share buyback program is good strategy to boost investor confidence but not a great one to pull ICLD out of distressed levels. What they need is a major contract, along with the asset sale to pay down the debt and then a share buyback program, that would be believable because only then, you have proven to investors that paying down your debt and that you signed a contract with a huge company. Yes, share buyback is good/great, but you it doesn't get job done. What Munro needs is a strategic move and make shorts and market makers run for their money.
