I agree and best believe we have something in place. Some of my smart friends are part of the EC.

Its the first POR. The Debtor always try to screw shareholders. They will definitely say they can not pay us. Then the pps will likely go down to .04-.05. The EC then has to provide our proof that company can pay us. This POR will be a chance to load more share at a fraction of the current .107 pps.
