Why? There's actually no such thing as a FASC retail stockholder any longer, which is an important fact that really shouldn't be overlooked.

You could always rely on what passes for FASC's management to honor the moral obligation you may feel they have to their historical shareholders (or marks as I believe ex-Carnies like Brian refer to them) but as Brian has lied to his shareholders throughout this sorry saga, I feel that would be a mistake.
