I believe this is what's called the calm before the storm. Or maybe it's the eye of the hurricane...I don't know...I don't really do meteorology.

Anyway, in the last month we had a huge spike, then a slower regression and then a bounce off the bottom. Now we are anxiously waiting for huge news to drop anytime between now and the end of the month. The efficacy results should be near the end of the month, but there may be other/related news that drops earlier.

Either way, you've got a lot of steadfast Longs holding onto a thin Float here waiting to hear the starting gun. The shares that flippers have been playing with will get scooped up very quickly, and then Longs will just have to hold on for the ride.
