I think you'll have to wait for the final Business Description.
The Co at the NVSOS is called OLIVEDA INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Since it seems as they listed this Co here too:

It's unclear if they move the Tree thing or the cosmetic part or maybe both in the public traded entity. I thing they are planning to open a "pharmacy" store in LA too if i remember some of the articles correctly.

So i'll wait and see what's coming, no need to rush imo.
