Good luck trying to sell any meaningful amount. Wade controls the whole float now and can make the price do whatever he wants - until it's time to sell of course.
Have you even looked at the business model? Wade sets up scam shells, gets paid in restricted stock that he can't sell and then claims absurd valuations on that "asset" for this shell. I can't imagine the SEC looking to favorably on this one.
