Agreed. But do we see all that transpires, that is , are therre shares still in comppany treasury that are being doled out to scumbag's cohearts?

What really concerns me with KALY is not share count, but complete silence from management. I've been in since about same time as Mary777 and remember reading update (from management, I believe)
that everything was going to be open and forthcoming from management.
What has happened? One possibility that has been in the back of my mind is that, because it is a fragmented business, competitive opposition to Kaly has been fierce with objective to kill Kaly.
Besides short selling there are probably many "below the belt" actioons available to accomplish such.
