I visited the Ihub of the Philippines, the Qs and Annuals for FEC, FEP, and Philex, and read at least a dozen news stories. Admittedly this was one six hour stretch and that's not usually enough, that said I have been following this for quite some time in and out and I do not see anything of serious long term value.
As I said please show where I might be wrong...I throw it out there to anyone...all in the name of working together to find value. Thanks!
