Agree with you and Jeddie... it would be timely to release or freeze the NWS now -- for his first opportunity rather than later -- it'll get watered down and questionable (re: why did they take 10 billion for Govt use like Obama). UNLESS they are currently settling behind closed doors and this 10 billion is being used as collateral in some way towards a settlement. This is the ONLY reason as to why Mnuchin/Trump would allow this theft to continue BESIDES getting free money -- they are business men after all...and would enjoy 10 billion for their budget. We may find out the answer on March 16 when preliminary budget is out. I still wish Mnooooch would put this 10 billion in an escrow account until it's all figured out. That would be AWESOME. It would answer questions for us and show us what their INTENTIONS are... by acting favorable now.
