Thanks for the follow up herodude. I will have to reread those 8K'S to see where I got the idea we got Crosby's Comics. As an aside, yes those on the BOD that have 7,500,000 Preferred "Z" Shares have 100 Votes for each Preferred Z so what does that come to---lets see---yes that is 750,000,000 MILLION VOTES and if all 6 have the SAME AMOUNT OF "Z" PREFERRED SHARES, the entire BOD has 4,500,000,000 BILLION Votes and initially After the R/S is effective the COMMON SHARES will total a bit Less than 9 MILLION Shares. Do you think that is the same ratio as it was before the R/S? Do you think the BOD was using their Fiduciary Responsibility when they voted on that Proposal which was probably suggested by Benny,? Maybe I am missing the point but Believe it or not I think that FINRA and the SEC will let them get away with it. That is why I think going to the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF FLORIDA CONCERNING THE ZWAGBOX CREDIT CARD MONEY THEY GOT AND DID NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE TO THE SUBSCRIBERS IS A BETTER IDEA.
