The raise of AS could be for stated purpose. But the history stops me thinking that way.

2008-11-12 AS started as 75M.
2010-03-29 AS raised to 150M.
2013-10-31 AS raised to 250M.
2016-03-23 AS raised to 385M.
2017-03-01 AS raised to 660M.

What were the purposes of previous AS increases?
