NO, THAT'S INCORRECT, ITS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Huge trades at $0.000099 today = dilution.

These $0.000099 trades are definitely dilution from block position(s). They even made it easy to determine by using the W modifier on the trades with a block position fee deducted. W trades and the other modifiers are something all traders of OTC stocks should learn and understand.
