so you remember when Cuomo got alot of crap when he shut down the city for a day saturday and had major impacts when the city reopened the next day sunday with massive transit delays going into monday

so i can see this dude do the same thing cause as he said it "to shut down NYC was right call"

so if anything yeah wall st might close

but its all a 50/50

but there is an update on the MTA website and may change if the Gov puts the word

but MTA says Above-ground subway service will be suspended starting at 4 a.m

it dont say if underground subway will be affected
