I received a response from Erickson themselves. They informed me that post bankruptcy that the current common stock Q listed is not going to convert or potentially even exist due to the push for private ownership.

They sent me all the information for tax claims to owning a dead stock....which I assume they thought I was a long term pre-bankruptcy investor.
