Not sure why there is a problem guys...

Companies advertise themselves and their products every day

These "promotions" are not called "awareness campaigns" for nothing

I wonder why some people think that companies like Lamperd are somehow not allowed to try to advertise for new investors simply because they are public?

So under that theory, XOM and AAPL, and GOOG, and all of the biggest publicly traded companies should not be allowed to advertise, should not have investor relations sites, for sure should not try to get new investors interested in their company and stock.

Right?
