party, If you were forced to guess... do you feel that a balance between the 1st estimate and the 2nd estimate will be found after the 10K filing? Since the pro forma will have partial credibility based on the legitimate filing? Or do you think anything beyond the 1st estimate would have to wait a number of months (up to a year) to prove that the pro forma wasn't vapor?

Just curious your thoughts on that re: forward valuation & timeline.

Party - As you know Sulja has not said anything about earnings for June and July 06. I took the liberty to bump up the accumulated earnings up for the 2 months to get us around $20 million or 4 cents a share.

There could be some nice financial surprises in June & July that have not been disclosed!
