OK. You go right ahead and start giving out sensitive information from a company that you work at, and give them the heads up that you are doing that and see how long you are an employee.

Sensitive information is defined as information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure. Access to sensitive information should be safeguarded. Protection of sensitive information may be required for legal or ethical reasons, for issues pertaining to personal privacy, or for proprietary considerations

Just an FYI if you don't think employees are subject to legal action if they release information they aren't allowed to release.
