Without knowing how much PYDS is paying, I can't really give an opinion.

Also no mention of whether this company is profitable or not.

They're already 0/1 on acquisitions with Akimbo turning into a money pit...and they overpaid big time for that one.

I'm honestly not even sure why they put out this PR. Usually companies wait until they have a deal hammered out before announcing it. Seems like PYDS is still kicking the tires.

Hopefully they don't overpay, but I'm confident they will.
