Chad. . . I agree there is something 'afoot', but have ZERO idea or thought as to what it could be. Yes, the PPS is encouraging, but won't feel 'comfortable' unless it continues and we see it stabilize at the 5 cent range ALONG with some contracts/REVENUES/Sales. . . A rise to that level won't mean much with out some financial foundation
