No you cant. Not only cant you short a .0001 stock the margin one would have to carry would far exceed any potential profits.

Please provide 1 broker who will short GVSI. Only institutional lenders short these POS at this level because they are guaranteed a return

Plain and simple retail cannot buy or sell publicly traded stock for less than 4 decimal places. That makes shorting GVSI at .0001 impossible.
