FCSC...actually, that is the reason why I liked it even more.The way I see it is,the management must be pretty confident that the SP will sustain this small R/S ratio(they had the option of between 1:3 to 1:10,but chose the smallest).Purpose of R/S was only to maintain Nasdaq listing.
