catalyst....lmao...they just got the largest catalyst they have ever experienced a few months back and they are setting new ALL TIME LOWS with rampant dilution on a daily basis.....that is hilarious....It is diving again today. Spana killed this security long ago when he issued countless warrants at unfavorable/discounted prices. Insiders get/got rich, retail gets slaughtered. There is no money in this for retail...none. Spana has done this since I first looked this up when they had the deal with King Pharma.....Spana was successful in alienating that deal and he is likely a toxic leader to work with, given the adversarial relationship he appears to have with just about every outside entity he works with. Spana is completely unproven and remains as such....a board that is asleep at the wheel and will not remove him, all the while he doles out shares to insiders to get rich off of....This is a fat cat CEO/board.....and just about one of the most toxic investments I have seen outside the pinky/stinky world of the OTC....
