That's easy. Covey never paid for the patents, hence the ongoing lawsuit. Corey Dyess, the inventor of the SmartCarb and SonicFow Engine took his SC and SF Engine and form his own company, Technology Elevated.
Rite Angles this is the MTVX ( Wildcard ), no one here can say 100% for sure, who really owns 100% rights to, I for one bought into MTVX due to this Smart Carb and that Sonic Flow never needs oil to run it engine.
I assume their is a on going a Law suit that will show one way or the other either MTVX still owns 100% rights to BOTH , SEE the below official Patient filings that still say MTVX does still own them both, Plus International Patients as will .
If ??, it is proven in court, MTVX still owns 100% rights to them both ??, Then all the Revenues that Technology Elevated has received all these years ( I would guess ), ?? all must go back to MTVX. IMO
I think this Law suit just might ?? help the MTVX share price raise some, If not the Moptoped Bikes can still make this company come alive to penny land one day. Just IMO Only of course. In any case have a great day.
