A buyout would be far better for share holders!

( a two person company cannot ramp and deliver millions of products overnight. My little company has 10 people- less than $2M rev.)

BTW- Heintz Ketcup was non compliant for 20 years, Many companies don't want SEC compliance ;-)- huge liability and cost.
