It seems there is some misinformation posted here. What about this websites citation of a company article, in the header, stating "Kushtown holds trademark rights to the Kushtown line of products"???

How did they get that without a trademark filing? Fake news?

Yeah funny they went federal, you can only sell in the state you process in, no cross border sales and Feds are opposed to mj legalization.
