I believe I can explain how the Kipping scenario would work.

The potential buyer will pay (let's say) 2 billion for VPLM. After expenses, a price per share will be calculated on all outstanding shares, including Kipping's. Kipping's hundred million shares dollar amount will be held until the kipping lawsuit is resolved. If the shares are canceled, we will all receive a second check. This is how I believe it will be resolved.
