Yup.. not selling until clinical debt released and these investors are identified. These guys planning for uplist so they obviously expect to "make they're money" in the dollars down the road.
They are retiring a significant amount of the float, specifically up to $2.2mil or more... that would buy back more then the entire float at .04.
