So, not only was the bond deal bogus, but the company gave up on the suit, since the defendants were essentially penniless? Hmmmm.
Sure, I don't know much about all those dealings. Regardless, BBAN's entire histroy has been mighty smelly.
************ So tell me, RBTREE, HOW in the world from the statement that the company dismissed the case without prejudice, do you draw the conclusion that "NOT ONLY WAS THE BOND DEAL BOGUS...,ETC.?" And you then go on to say that "I don't know much about all those dealings."
If I were you, I would read ALL of the BBAN history and stop making these unfounded accusations.
Isn't it true that BBAN exec's were consciouly involved in a scam, defrauding public investors of their money, at this time, so couldn't it also be interpreted that they dismissed the case as to not disturb the situation..... it was more profitable to them to continue to do what they were doing then to tangle with Mr. Harris and friends?
RBTREE sorry but I have to come out on that one.(RAINING HERE and inside for the day) You DO UNDERSTAND that the lawsuit was also filed by a group(the BOD's) that had been previously releived of their duties at/or concerning BBAN by HARRIS both in PR and an SEC filing correct?
Just wanted you to have all the information at hand when making these kinds of statements.imho they were/are part of the wet people. imho
