I've posted before I think what will happen here is the financial update, new development agreement and then permits. The way I read the filings is no further funds needed before closing. So far we have gotten the financial update and new development agreement. In my honest opinion if permits are the next move here which I strongly believe, we could enter many penny lands. You have to remember this stock traded over 5 cents before coming down sharply. And it was Trading that high on no different information that we already have for the most part, so I can't imagine what it looks like if they obtain permits. I strongly believe that the reinstatement was a prerequisite to obtaining permits. Time will tell, but nothing they have done the last 4-5 months has shown me signs of dieing down. If anything with the insiders taking shares instead of compensation, going through reinstatement , paying 50 grand to get financials in order and long process of updating development agreement it shows me nothing but signs of acceleration
