The float on the same date is: 1,497,739,084 shares

Subtract the float from the O/S which are the Restricted shares

owned by insiders (CEOs, employees, etc...): 5,000,580,796 shares

Since the insiders own more than 5 billion of the Outstanding shares

which happens to be more than 83% of the O/S, they are very heavily invested in this company, and want it to succeed in a bad way. I hope this alleviates some of the confusion.
