The last PR we had about the exosome test kit did not include that the POC was established. That PR was all preliminary study, not "we are done on our end, waiting for partner." They stated that the publication on Oncotarget was early work, that appears to support Peregrine's potential on the exosome platform. They are not complete with partnering-grade POC, unless peregrine states that otherwise.
