Hey, I agree with you that the CEO has not upheld his duties as the head of a public company around transparency and releasing info to his shareholders.
But, to call this a pump n dump, or the claims on here that he constantly dilutes shares are absurd! I personally called and spoke to someone at the transfer agent company who then in an EMAIL to me verified that the current share structure has not changed in years.
I am banking on the CEO having a plan and will release it....soon?
