Jack Hanks has been a respected Texas oilman for more than 25 years.
I'm am sure he has the banking and equity funds relationship for this deal or he never would have purchased the land. And he says he got the land specifically for this deal. Please, give the guy a little credit that he knows what he is doing. Geeez
