Wouldn't you love to see the vote count for the BOD from the next ASM? He would receive more votes than all the others combined.

Dear Shareholders,

We are hearing chatter among you about a marauder on the outskirts of town by the name of Ronin. This outfit is not to be trusted. Our sources tell us he had the audacity to create value and bring a biotech company along without taking obscene pay and even building a qualified BOD. This goes against our core values. Remember our way of life, our thing that we have created. Our very way of life is threatened by this unsavory group.

Do you remember all that we have done for you? The premium crackers at the ASM? Several of you got to shake our hands and look into our eyes. Yes, our eyes.

Do you how hard it is for us to keep from laughing on those CC's when the carrots are dangled? Do you how hard it is to sound upset when we fail to deliver our goals? Do you know the difficulty in keeping the background party noise at a minimum when our consultant phones into those CC's and with only two bars on the phone and says those ten words you are longing to hear? Do you understand the difficulty in keeping the tech under wraps which if exposed might increase share value?

Please understand our situation and all that we do for you. Where else could we find a gig like this where we command pay far beyond any fortune 100 company and we have zero experience?
