Now they can submit the minimum requirements for financials to OTC and go current as per all their tweets.

I just don't think anything out of the ordinary is going on here, they are simply finding the fastest, easiest and least expensive way to get current.

They will proceed as planned as per their tweets.

They obviously ran into some snags and this is the best way around it.
