Nope. I don't think that at all and haven't for a couple months now.
I pretty much figured it wouldn't happen from day 1 since they have been denied for a coorporate action before. I just gave Dan the benifit of doubt that maybe there was something that Scott didn't want to do that Dan would.
But after 5+ months it's fairly obvious that Dan ran into the same wall.
The question is will he also follow Scotts actions of not letting the shareholders know what happened and just remain silent until he has a new plan?
How long till you are going to admit that the deal isn't happening?
You were supposedly going to become "concerned" over a month ago. I guess Dan stroked you over the phone and bought another 6 months of your worship huh?
