When the news of the penthouse lease was published, the lessee was reported as the Rochon Family Foundation. Some posters might think that's appropriate, because they believe (without evidence) that JR is a "billionaire". If so, why is JRJR paying all the rent for the foundation? Wouldn't JRJR be just a tiny slice of the Rochon "empire"? The simplest explanation would be that there is no "empire" and it's JRJR that's keeping the family in the penthouse. Is there another explanation? I'd like to hear it.
