Hello Chrisandwynn1, Oh I & all of us Froze now MTVX Longs here,will never forgot how this CEO Troy allowed & approved this totally Fraud Financial SCAM Ironridge to Loan MTVX a mear $2 Million Dollars, But !! at the cost & expense of dumping & then destroying the company, no less the share price from a High of .03 cents a share to worthless .0001. BTW- From what I read These Ironridge Bums received well over $56 Million in CASH for all this Dumping onto the open market, nice fraud if ? you can get away with it.
The SEC did do a complete investigation of these Fraud Ironridge Fraud and yes their is some kind of settlement, BUT!!?? as of yet we do not know what it is and even if? it will truly help MTVX get out of the Gutter permanently , but excellent point. I also have a few other What If's, that could change MTVX to many pennyland in days. IMO Enjoy. !!
Since we are talking about what IF's?, here are a few of my own I have posted before. IMO

(2) Also and very important is for MTVX to see the SEC Win and in so doing, have this Ironridge financial, return all the many Billions of Billions of MTVX shares that they IF ?? proven in a court of law soon, illegally dumped onto the open market, and also return to MTVX the many Millions of dollars, that they did in fact receive illegally by doing just that. IMO
(4) Combine or have Technology Elevated merge with MTVX and start to again work together as a team & partners etc like they did in the past. going forward .
Lets face it most of us shareholders bought into MTVX because of the outstanding potential of the Smart carb, no less the Sonic Flow engine that needs no oil to run etc.
What if ?? a Major Car or engine manufacture truly starts to buy these Smart carbs in Bulk, ?? Look what I just read about the potential of the smart carb as of 8-Hours ago today. $$$$
Bottom-line is MTVX gone and we Never ever see it grow to Penny land ever again, and just fade away or can it come back from the Dead with a Vengeance and become truly a success story people will be talking about for years to come in a positive way, not like as of now all Negative and no hope way. IMO
