#8060 RE: herbietheloveblog #8058

I wonder why you would want to defend medify on this herbie or to keep thinking medify hasn't said this. Every chance they get someone from MFYS is saying that they hold exclusive contracts to deliver mobile access to patient records solutions in the UK or just recently in Ians interview on wallstreet.net he is still insisting they are the only player in the market right now (but "that won't last" he says). That is patently ridiculous and it makes Medify sound like a scam, unless they really don't know they have lots of competition or just don't want to discuss the competition. But why isn't medify talking about how far along the u.s. is in terms of implementation, and using this as proof that RA is the wave of the future? Why doesn't medify use lovely little screenshots of their product on a PDA? Come on, Medify. That website is a REAL website. Check out your competitors.
Medify doesn't seem to even know its competition, which is very dangerous. I have a lot of money in this company so I want it to succeed but I will say this among other MFYS investors that Medify's public presence gives us so many reasons to wonder whether we're watching the film Boiler Room unfold before us, with our real money an being at stake.

I really wish people on this board would stop defending them and just hold Medify's feet to the fire to get us answers. Their website is still full of holes, horrible graphics, generalizations and grammatical and spelling blunders. It looks shoddy and fake. Their news stories (PRs) and interviews are general, vague and often contain erroneous information. The company doesn't show a profit and doesn't plan to in the near future. Look carefully at their announcements. They continually discuss the potential for profit, the potential for contracts, the potential for revenues, the potential markets. They discuss plans and don't follow up on them (e-learning modules, the extraordinary dividend, uplisting). They withhold or don't fully disclose information (about 2 people leaving the company and why they left, when one of those people was a founder of the company).

The only conclusions I can draw about this board are that either people don't want to ask these questions because they have incentives not to ask or because they're scared to ask them. I for one would feel much better if we had answers to these questions, not tried to stay positive, despite evidence to the contrary.

I will also say that if this is all a big scam, I don't care, as long as the pps rises to at least a buck and I can make a profit.
