While I most certainly agree that LBRG has been a "nothing happening here, move along" kind of stock for a long time, I think it does not make sense to finish the thought with "so if nothing happens by the end of March..." it is dead.
You are right - nothing has happened and nothing is happening, which means that the most likely thing in the near future is...that nothing will happen. Good or bad.
I don't see any type of deadline or schedule or time horizon with this stock - which is a generally negative thing but, on the flip side, also argues against a precipitous drop in value in the near term. We have not seen any indication of people moving to the exit or looking to bail.
One thing this does not seem to be is a pump and dump. We are not seeing posts with promises of this or that happening tomorrow. Shares are not being fed into the market - in fact, there is NO volume whatsoever - volume is a hard zero for days on end.
It is a shell. We may or may not see something vended into it. I for one will wait, without a "due by" mental timeline around my thinking.
The hardest time to be patient is right before something happens.
