The coupons of CLF’s 2020-2021 bonds are 4.9-5.9% (see the table in the embedded link in #msg-129395530). I don’t know the market prices these bonds were trading at prior to the tender offer, but all of CLF’s bonds have had a very strong recovery from their steep discounts one year ago.
