So in essence, it is a form of dilution that brought PPS down if that be the case. Either way, we both are in the agreement this will rebound it appears. Definitely would explain the PPS fall... And reevaluation of company value.

What's ur take on the selling at this level?? Don't make a lot of sense to see much here. Wondered just how much of the ask is legit sell orders.
